Total Diet Replacement (TDR)
If you have more than 2 stone/6kg to lose, if ordinary dieting hasn’t worked for you, then this ketogenic diet method will help blunt your hunger and along with our support, help you to reach you goal weight.
Meal Replacement Plan (MRP)
If you have less that 2 stone/6kg to lose, and you want a flexible diet plan, then this is the plan for you. Replace 2 meals from our MRP range (7 delicious flavours to choose from) and still eat a low fat healthy meal.
